Platform overview

CryptoJobs combines a public Web3 job board with a separate employer talent database. A candidate can search openings by role, company or skill, location and a Remote shortcut; an employer can instead create an account to post a role, review applications or search candidate profiles.

Search listings by role, place and remote status

The jobs table attaches a company, functional category, employment type, location or remote label, posting age and a listing-specific applications or views indicator to each opening. Job pages can add responsibilities, qualifications, skills and compensation text, so the search row is an entry point rather than the complete application brief.

A displayed application count measures neither interview progress nor an employer response. The candidate must open the selected role to see its actual application route: the available material does not establish one in-site form or one external destination for every vacancy.

Hiring starts with an account and can branch two ways

The employer flow begins with email or social sign-in, then permits either posting a role or browsing talent. It is designed to let a hiring team review applications and contact talent directly, rather than making the public jobs table a shared candidate-and-employer workspace.

The talent database has its own skills query and profile cards showing availability, location, skills and self-authored summaries. Access to profiles and contact activity depends on the hiring account and its current plan, so a visible public job does not imply unrestricted recruiter access.

Posting is a commercial step, not the same as account creation

The hiring page describes a one-off job post at $99 and recruiter subscriptions, while saying no card is needed merely to get started and that a card is added at the next step for the post. Price, billing, plan entitlements and the payment path should be checked at the time of purchase.

For a job seeker, public job and company browsing is the lower-friction route. For a recruiter, the material distinction is not just publishing a listing but choosing between the paid posting path and account-mediated talent search.

A two-sided hiring product beside CryptoJobsList's directory path

CryptoJobsList is the closer alternative when the task starts with scanning listing rows, remote or role pages and a company directory with vacancy links. CryptoJobs is the stronger fit when the same service needs a distinct searchable talent pool alongside job discovery.

The trade-off is access structure. CryptoJobs exposes public listing metadata but puts recruiting and candidate-profile contact behind the hiring flow; CryptoJobsList's publicly observed strength is its listing-and-company navigation, not an equivalently documented talent-search workflow.
