Big Time

Big Time is a free-to-play desktop multiplayer action RPG built around time-traveling dungeon runs and real-time combat. Players can access game content without paying, then decide whether to use its Open Loot account system for collectible ownership and token activity.

Combat stays separate from cosmetic ownership

Big Time’s player-owned economy centers on Cosmetic Collectibles: weapon and armor appearances, titles, emotes, footsteps, music tracks, and rest animations. Each cosmetic line has a fixed supply, and players can craft released recipes before trading the resulting items through Open Loot or elsewhere.

Some cosmetics also open exclusive locations or non-power loot tables, but they do not add damage, class, or stat advantages. That makes ownership expressive and occasionally access-related without making a stronger combat build something a player can simply buy.

SPACE workshops support the token loop

SPACE expands a player’s Personal Metaverse, a private area for decorating, hosting friends, and placing workshops. Forges and Armories support collectible crafting, while a Time Warden crafts, upgrades, and recharges Hourglasses.

An equipped Hourglass with active time collects BIGTIME while its owner adventures. Higher-rarity Hourglasses and harder, more efficient play increase the amount collected, but a depleted Hourglass must be recharged with Time Crystals. Players start with one Hourglass slot and can unlock up to five, so production capacity matters as much as owning an Hourglass.

Cracked Hourglasses and BIGTIME

SPACE can produce Cracked Hourglasses, soul-bound consumables that disappear after their sand is used. They collect BIGTIME at a lower rate, but give players without a regular Hourglass a route into token collection.

BIGTIME is a capped-supply Ethereum utility token used for crafting, upgrades, timer acceleration, Prestige Portal access, and operating SPACE and utility NFTs. Gameplay credits it to an Open Loot account before withdrawal to an external wallet; once withdrawn, it can be transferred independently. The result contrasts with Axie Infinity’s battle-led creature and equipment collection: Big Time puts dungeon play, cosmetics, and workshop production at the center.
